PNB Darby Park Executives Suites proved its service excellence in sales and marketing, front office administration, housekeeping, food and beverage and support areas when it received MS ISO 9001:2000 certification from Sirim International Sdn Bhd.
“The ISO certification has set a distinctive benchmark for us and there is no turning back. From now on, we must keep improving,” the company’s general manager, Yusof Ramli, said. PNB Darby Park expects to expand its business in the hospitality industry as part of the company’s effort to enhance its brand identity locally and internationally.
It will also continue to improve its service quality and products to stay competitive. PNB Darby Park recently also won an award for The Best Serviced Apartment 2006/2007 and was among KL’s Top 5 Serviced Apartments.
This year, the company will carry out a refurbishment exercise for its 226 deluxe suites and its The 39 Restaurant concept.
