As Chinese New Year celebration is never complete without partake in this prosperity dish, Si Chuan Dou Hua is presenting the auspicious Yee Sang with a different touch. Recognizing the health conscious of diners, Chinese Chef Chew Chee Keong and his team invites all for a boisterous toss of Tropical Fresh Fruits ‘Yee Sang’, served in a big lacquered plate and long chopsticks.
Using only fresh tropical fruits including kiwi, dragon fruits, strawberries, honey rose apple, snow pear, young mango, pamelo and rock melon, this prosperity platter is partnered with assortment of pickles, vegetables and ingredients such as crispy ‘pok choy’, spring onion, white raddish, five spices powder and pickled cucumber, amongst many others.
Apart from that, guest can also opt for Shark’s Fin, Pacific Clams, Soft Shell Crab, Abalones, Salmon, Jellyfish or even Yellow Fin Tuna ‘Yee Sang’.
That’s not all! All these delicately prepared ‘Yee Sang’ are served with your own choice of sauce – Sour Plum Sauce enhanced with your own choice of sauce – Sour Plum Sauce enhanced with Fruit Flavour, Sour Plum Sauce with Wasabi, Spicy Thai Chili and Plum Sauce or Sour Plum Sauce.
Price from RM38++ (half portion) and RM68++ (full portion) onwards, A Fruitful Chinese New Year is available daily for lunch (12noon – 2.30pm) and dinner (6.30pm – 10.30pm) at Si Chuan Dou Hua, Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur.
