A special set of stamps and first day cover will feature the uniqueness of Malaysia from its people to the rich flora and fauna.
Pos Malaysia in collaboration with the Tourism Ministry will issue the commemorative stamps in conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2007.
Pos Malaysia senior manager (Philately PosNiaga) Wong Lai Kim said 1.5 million stamps and 60,000 first day cover for this series will be available at all post offices next Monday.
“Other collectible items such as miniature sheet (RM2), first day cover (RM0.30), postcard with stamp (RM0.80 each with a RM0.50 prefixed stamp), stamp book (RM3) and souvenir packs (RM4 each) will also be available for sale,” she said.
