Palace of the Golden Horses' Glorious Dishes in Malaysian F1

TO CELEBRATE the Malaysian Formula One (F1) Grand Prix this weekend, the Palace of the Golden Horses has created an expansive array of culinary delights for F1 enthusiasts. The hotel’s award-winning chefs have whipped up a selection of scrumptious dishes from participating countries of the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Among the dishes that guests can look forward to are Italiana Oven Baked Vegetables, Spanish Poached Seafood, Australian Baked Baby Potatoes, Stirfried New Zealand Sliced Lamb, English Smoked Lamb, German Braised Red Cabbage, Braised American Beef Ribs and Malaysian Ikan Merah Masak Asam Tempoyak (Braised Snapper with Hot and Sour Sauce and Preserved Durian Paste).

Throughout the two-week-long promotion that runs until April 8, the hotel will be offering Buffet Lunch (noon to 2.30pm) at RM58++ and Buffet Dinner (6.30pm to 10.30pm) at RM68++ at the Carousel Dining Café. For reservations, call 03-89464888.
