Cititel Hotel Management (CHM) entered the “limited-frills” market of Kuala Lumpur with its Cititel Express Kuala Lumpur (CEKL).
The property took over management and ownership of Stanford hotel, which was re-flagged on January 1.
For its current operating philosophy , whenever possible, CHM wants equity in the hotels it manage to make sure that the product and quality come out right to fit the brand, said Jeane Lim, CHM marketing consultant.
