KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia Airlines has launched its new e-timetable to replace the print version effective its northern winter schedule at end October.Designed to help MAS' customers in their travel planning, the timetable is available in PDF format, through MAS website, mobile phones, web browsers and wireless devices.
MAS' senior general manager for network and revenue management, Bernard Francis, said the e-timetable would also allow the airline to reach more customers as the flight schedules are now distributed on a wider scale. In a related development, MAS said it would have special packages and "tactical fares" as part of its efforts to promote Visit Malaysia Year 2007.
