THE La Residence du Trianon is known for its exquisite cuisine, and for three days food lovers in Malaysia will get to indulge in the best selection presented by chef Bernard Dance.
Dance, specially invited by Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, where the dinner is to take place, will feature a five-course dinner over three days.

Dance will feature a five-course Moet & Chandon dinner on Nov 30 and Dec 1 at Lafite, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.Dance is currently the chef de Cuisine at the La Residence, a Moet & Chandon property.

His years of working with the Moet & Chandon’s winemakers have given Dance the opportunity to master the fine art of food and wine pairing.

To Dance, pairing food and wine is not just a case of matching similar flavours but having a deeper knowledge of blending wines that helps unite the various elements between the two.
Dance delights in creating menus that celebrate this union.

The Moet & Chandon dinner featuring classic French cuisine with fine French champagnes is from Nov 30 to Dec 1 at Lafite.

Diners can expect to sample Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial, Moet & Chandon Millesime Rose 1999 and Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial.

Dishes served will be that of the simplest recipe to the unique such as the pan sauteed scallops, roasted breast of pigeon and dessert pineapple with spiced caramel and coconut ice cream.
