Stamps on world heritage sites in Malaysia

Pos Malaysia will issue a special collection of stamps and first-day covers featuring the four world heritage sites in Malaysia, beginning Thursday.

Themed, 'Tourism Destination-World Heritage Site', Pos Malaysia Berhad stamp and philately unit head Yasmin Ramli said the collection was aimed at promoting interesting tourism destinations in the country.

"The stamps will be priced at 50 sen each, but limited to 260,000 prints," she told a press conference here Tuesday.

Apart from the stamps and first-day covers, the collection also includes a miniature sheet, stamp booklet and folder.
