First of all we would like to thank you very much for your great support and trust given to us over the past years.
We are terribly sorry to inform you that we have been advised by our owner, the Government of Malaysia, that the hotel will be closing in January 2010 in regards to a planned renovation and redevelopment of the hotel.
Until the end of 2009, GHM is offering our most valued guests to return to Carcosa Seri Negara one last chance to stay in this prestigious boutique hotel before the curtain falls.
Valid until the end of the year are our regular room packages, our most famous English Afternoon Tea as well as our newly created menu at The Dining Room, our award winning French fine dining restaurant.

It is such a waste .. to have a beautiful hotel like that close down even if it's only for a while .. HOPE the new development preserves the atmosphere that the old place had.
