AirAsia Bhd has reduced its "Xpress Boarding" fee to RM10 for one-way domestic travel within Peninsular Malaysia and Intra-East Malaysia, and RM5 for senior citizens and children below 12-years old.
The Xpress Boarding service, implemented late last month, is already available at all airports within AirAsia's network including those serviced by sister companies, Thai AirAsia and Indonesia AirAsia.
In a statement today, AirAsia said passengers opting for the service will be given priority to board on aircraft and will have greater choice of seats.
The Xpress Boarding is sold online on a first come first served basis or at any the airlines' sales offices, airport sales counters and call centres.
