HOLIDAY VILLA Subang has introduced a new staff accreditation system in an effort to provide guests with more efficient and friendly service.
The Manja Deed programme will enable every outstanding action to be noticed and recorded and those with 10 points will be awarded the top achievers medal on a monthly basis.
Chairman Datuk Azman Harun said the management was obliged to acknowledge special efforts made by staff during the course of their work.
“We will award all those who receive 10 points every month with a custom-made lapel pin embedded with a gemstone as a token of our appreciation.
“This is going to be a unique situation as each and every one of the staff will be watched by others and they will be looking for the positive qualities instead,” he said at the launch of the programme.
Azman expected the quality of service and productivity to be increased to a greater height.
He said they believed other staff would emulate the award winners.
“This will also give us the opportunity to continue with our evaluation process of the staff,” he said.
